Lots of very nice promo's came about the last couple of weeks. Some of 'm making me so angry/envious/jealous, the kind of feelings you sometimes get when seeing something very good, things u wished you made but didn't. Anywho check the following: * Prey Alone This one is madness. Made almost entirely with 3ds max (btw Autodesk Media Entertainment sounds like poop). Only the actors are real. The surroundings, cars and some of the props; all cg. Obviously a Finchfucker made this but I'm not complaining. Download as target or save link as: HiRes and LoRes Quicktimes. On one of the 3d artists sites you can read some background info on how they did it. CGChannel has an interview and loads of "before&after" clips. * Carpark North - Human Go ahead and call me nutjob but this promo/videoclip is one of the best I've seen this year. Just watch it. And then watch it again. Then check out their site and watch some more of their stuff. * Lise W - Séance Cuz lately I'm into the subtle cg-thing. * Bonnie "Prince" Billy - No More Workhorse Harmony Korine does Will Oldham. Feelingsgraph for this video was: hated it then liked it then liked it better then thought it was about nothing and could go with any song then loved the last shot (worth checking out just for that shot) then hated Korine for being a cheese ass rip off because: * French Kicks - When Nuff said on the rip off. * Four Tet - Smile Around The Face Liked the music better than the video on this one.
